Our Madagascan vanilla powder (Certified Kosher Pareve by OU- Orthodox Union) is made using long, supple bourbon vanilla pods which are pulverised and then dried to make this delicious ingredient with a rich aroma and dark colour.
The Pure Tahitian Vanilla Powder is produced using plantation vanilla form islands in Tahiti and are ground down to 300 microns.
The powders from both origins are free from preservatives or any other additives.
