A new addition to our Vanilla Extract range, the Tahitensis Vanilla Extract is prepared using 42% Alcohol and Vanilla Extract derivatives from the finest Tahitensis Vanilla Pods from Papua New Guinea and other Polynesian sources. This amber coloured extract with a fruity flavour is ideal for imparting the true Tahitian vanilla flavour to for all culinary applications. The Tahitian flavour is characterised by the presence of natural heliotropin in Tahitian Vanilla Pods and is more fruity compared to the woody notes of the classic Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Extract

The item is shipped in PET containers with tamper-evident caps.
