Recipe for Bourdaloue Tart

Ingredients:

1. Vanilla Shortbread Pastry (See Basic Recipes)

2. Almond Cream (See Basic Recipes)

2. 1/2 canned pear per pie slice

Preparation:

1. Drain the canned pears.

2. Prepare the Shortbread Pastry & Almond Cream (See Basic Recipes)

3. Line the pan with the pastry, then garnish a third of the way up with the almond cream.

4. Cut the pear halves into thin strips.

5. Place them on the pie crust, pressing down slightly so that the strips separate.

6. Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
