Recipe for Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

1. Madeleine Batter (See Basic Recipes)

2. 100 g blueberries 

Preparation:

1. Prepare the Madeleine Batter Recipe (See Basic Recipes). Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full with the batter. Let sit for one hour.

2. Preheat oven to 190° C. Before placing in the oven, add fresh or frozen blueberries in the middle of the muffin cups (Note: the blueberries should not touch the sides of the muffin cups as they may stick when unmoulding)

3. For mini-muffins, bake for 8 minutes; for larger muffins, bake for 12-13 minutes.
