1. Vanilla Shortbread Pastry (See Basic Recipes)
2. Almond Cream (See Basic Recipes)
2. 15 g chopped almonds
Preparation:
1. Prepare the shortbread pastry and almond cream.
2. Line a Pie Pan with the pastry, then garnish halfway up the sides with the almond cream.
3. Sprinkle with chopped almonds
4. Bake at 180° C for 25 to 30 minutes.
5. Let cool
6. Glaze the tart.
