Our Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Extracts come in two concentrations (Single & Double Strength) and are made using Sugar Syrup and Bourbon Vanilla Extractives made from Madagascan Vanilla Pods. These skilfully crafted, aromatic extracts will not leave a bitter after-taste on the palate.

These extracts are ideal for use in ice creams, baking and other culinary applications. 

The items are shipped in 100 ml PET containers.

Vanilla Paste

This highly concentrated Vanilla Paste is skilfully crafted using ground Madagascan Vanilla Beans and Vanilla Extract blended with a carrier of natural gum thickener, Sugar Syrup and Alcohol.

This product is ideal for use in ice creams, baking and other culinary applications.

The item is shipped in 100 % recyclable PET containers.

Ground Vanilla Powder

Our ground vanilla powder is made using bourbon vanilla pods and nothing else!

Selected pods are cured, pulverised into a fine powder and dried with no additives retaining the strong aroma of vanilla and a rich dark colour. Ideal for use at home or by professionals, this product is suitable for all baking, pattisserie and other culinary uses. A little portion goes a long way !

This product serves as an alternative to vanilla extracts containing alcohol.
