Madagascan Vanilla Pods are the benchmark for comparison with other vanilla pods. These pods are long, thin and oily characterised by a rich (yet smooth) creamy flavour with floral overtones. Madagascan vanilla is the flavour normally associated with vanilla and whilst being an all-rounder, is best used for baking where it complements other flavours instead of overpowering them!

 

All our Madagascan Vanilla Pods are certified Kosher Pareve by OU (Orthodox Union)
