Vanilla Seeds are meticulously separated from spent Planifolia Vanilla Pods after the extraction process and then dried, sterilised & pasteurised. Use to visually enhance any vanilla preparation such as Ice cream, custard, pies, Crème brûlée, yoghurts etc. The seeds have a very mild vanilla flavour and are therefore ideally used with vanilla extract to provide flavouring and the characteristic vanilla "specks".

Storing Vanilla Seeds  

These seeds should be used within 2 years of purchase. Store in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place. Do NOT refrigerate.
