This highly concentrated Double Strength Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Extract is made using Sugar Syrup and Bourbon Vanilla Extractives made from Madagascan Vanilla Pods. This skilfully crafted, dark amber coloured aromatic extract with a deep, smooth flavour will not leave a bitter after-taste on the palate.

Extremely versatile, this extract is ideal for use in ice creams, baking and other professional culinary applications.

The item is shipped in PET containers with tamper-evident caps.

This product contains a negligible amount of alcohol left over from the extraction process.
