60 Grams Premium Natural Madagascan Vanilla Bean Paste

This intensely concentrated Vanilla Paste is skilfully crafted using ground Madagascan Vanilla Pods and Vanilla Extract blended with a carrier of natural gum thickener, Sugar Syrup and Alcohol (15%).

Lovingly called "A Little Pot of Gold" by one of our customers, this vanilla paste is specially created for professional chefs and kitchens, this product is ideal for use in ice creams, baking and other culinary applications  requiring an intense flavour of vanilla. The vanilla seeds in the paste add great texture to all preparations.

A level teaspoon would be the equivalent of 1 Premium Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Pod.

This vanilla paste is certified Kosher Pareve by the Orthodox Union.

The 60 & 120 gram paste is shipped in Amber Glass Jars and the 500g/1 kg packs are shipped in food grade plastic tubs.The colour and size of the packaging may differ from that shown in the picture.

Storing Vanilla Paste  

This paste should be used within the Best Before date on the pack. Store in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place. Do NOT refrigerate.
